• Service Details: Type of service requested (home repair, salon/beauty, scrap pickup, grocery), preferred date and timeslot, description of the issue, and photos of the repair item or scrap material.
• Scrap & Grocery Data: Details of scrap items, approximate weight/quantity, photos, grocery cart items, and delivery instructions.
• Payment Data: Payment method details, transaction ID, invoice history, and billing address. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV; all transactions are processed securely via RBI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Account Data: Login credentials, OTP verification logs, and Google Sign-In profile info (if chosen).
• Communication Data: In-app chats, support tickets, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, and customer feedback exchanged with us or our verified service professionals.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: Real-time or approximate GPS location to match you with nearby verified professionals, calculate accurate scrap pickup routes, and deliver grocery orders fast. You can disable location access in device settings at any time.
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, network details, crash reports, and interaction metrics.
• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, local storage, and analytics tools to enhance session management, security, and user experience.

C. Android Device Permissions We Request

• Location (Foreground / Approximate / Precise): To locate your doorstep for salon services, electricians, plumbers, scrap collection, and grocery delivery.
• Camera & Storage: To capture and upload photos of scrap materials, appliances needing repair, or profile pictures.
• Phone: To enable direct one-touch calls between you and the assigned technician/delivery partner.
• Notifications: To send real-time order status updates, OTPs, partner arrival alerts, and exclusive offers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your user account.
• Schedule, process, and fulfill home repair bookings, doorstep salon appointments, scrap pickups, and grocery deliveries.
• Assign verified local technicians, certified beauticians, scrap dealers, and delivery riders.
• Process digital UPI / Card payments, generate tax invoices, and process refunds.
• Provide 24/7 customer support and resolve user grievances.
• Send booking confirmations, live order tracking status, and service reminders.
• Enhance app performance, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain platform security.
• Comply with Indian regulatory, tax, and legal requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share your information only under these necessary circumstances:

• Verified Service Professionals & Delivery Partners: Plumbers, electricians, beauticians, scrap collectors, and grocery riders receive only the necessary contact name, service address, and phone number to complete your order.
• Payment Gateways: PCI-DSS certified payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay) to process online payments securely.
• Technology Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp notification gateways, and analytics tools.
• Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance: When required by an applicable Indian court order, government agency, or statutory mandate.

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. All data transfers between your mobile device and our backend servers are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS (SSL 256-bit encryption). 7. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You can request the deletion of your Urban Power account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Open Urban Power App → Navigate to Profile → Settings → Tap Delete Account.
• By Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to support@rjurbanpower.in with the subject "Request for Account Deletion".

Upon verification, your account, personal data, and profile records will be permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. GST invoices).

8. Children's Privacy

Urban Power is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact our Grievance Officer immediately for prompt data removal.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our mobile app and website integrate with trusted third-party providers for smooth functioning:

• Google Maps Platform: For geocoding addresses and route calculation.
• Firebase (Google LLC): For secure authentication, push notification delivery, and crash analytics.
• Razorpay: For secure digital payments, UPI intents, and card processing.
• WhatsApp / SMS Gateways: For sending instant order receipts and OTP codes.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida / New Delhi, India.
